We will replace any staff shortages as soon as possible either by utilizing the existing candidate pool or by initiating the recruitment process again.
Who do I talk to about raises for my staff?
Your Account Manager will handle all the details for you.
What if I want to cancel my service agreement?
Just contact your sales person to work out an arrangement that follows the terms of the agreement.
How do I see what my assigned staff is working on?
We have the technology setup that can enable you to view your staff's computer desktop. You can easily keep track of their work progress.
I'm exploring opening an offshore office. How can Techmonde help me?
We can provide you with a much less burdensome alternative. We can let you get productive right away, eliminating the logistical, financial and legal issues of offshore operations.
Is it possible for my staff from the US to train my offshore staff in person?
Yes. They can take a direct flight from the West Coast or Honolulu to Manila and work in our office for as long as needed. We can arrange all the travel and accommodation details to make the stay as simple and comfortable as possible. We will provide access to our facilities, like the conference room and workstations, and any other resources that may be needed for the training.
How about the Manila staff coming to the US for training?
Yes. We can arrange to send your assigned staff anywhere in the US for training, site visits, or meetings. We will handle visa requirements, plane tickets, accommodations, and other travel arrangements. Please note, however, that the visa application process takes some time and is approved based on the judgment of the embassy personnel.
What if I don't want to go through such a detailed recruitment process?
You don't have to. We can choose the right candidate for you based on your requirements.
