How It Works
The Recruitment Process
We start by fully understanding your staffing needs. Our US-based Workforce Specialists will meet with you to gather your requirements, understand your processes, and identify solutions. Next, we recruit candidates to match your requirements or choose from our existing staff. We tap all resources available to find the perfect match. Then we screen, interview, and (optionally) administer tests to the candidates that most closely meet your requirements. We evaluate the candidates against a comprehensive set of criteria, taking into consideration your specific requirements.
Once we have a set of candidates that meet your needs, we present you with the pertinent qualification documents and all other screening records to allow you to decide which candidates to invite for a final interview. Interviews are conducted through video conferencing or voice communications. Upon selection of the candidate, we will handle the details of initiating the employment of the staff person.

Work Hours
We routinely recruit staff that is willing to work on the hours you specify. This allows you to choose if you want your assigned staff to work a schedule that is aligned with your primary office, or that offsets your primary schedule.
Internet
We provide redundant, enterprise grade Internet connectivity that allows your staff to be constantly accessible via the web, email, file transfer, and instant messaging systems.
Telephony
Additionally, we provide advanced voice communication options that allow your staff to have direct phone numbers in the area code of your primary office, toll-free numbers, or even allow them to be extensions on your existing PBX system. Your assigned staff will be able to make unlimited calls to you and your team, as necessary.
Video Conferencing
We provide cameras and video conferencing software in our environment which allows you to have a higher level of interaction with your staff than voice can provide.
Desktop Sharing
We provide software that allows you to see exactly what your assigned staff is looking at on their computer, and allows you to take control of their keyboard and mouse, or vice versa. This, coupled with voice communication, creates an extremely productive experience that is similar to sitting down next to someone to work with them.
Computers, Software and Equipment
We provide the computers and basic office software and equipment. You must supply any specialized software, should you have a need for it. You can coordinate with your sales person for leasing and licensing options.
Work Assignments and Productivity Monitoring
You will be the one to hand out the work assignments to your staff and monitor their work progress, but we also work with you to monitor productivity. We have processes in place to track work assignments and to make sure that work is completed within deadlines. We can assist you in monitoring your assigned staff.
Holidays, Vacation, Sick Leaves, Compensation
Holidays
These are based on a modified combination of US and Asia holidays. The holiday schedule matches the US schedule, minus 4 swap days. We allow your staff to take 4 holidays that have important cultural, historical, religious, or familial significance. You will receive a schedule annually that shows the holiday schedule for the year.
Vacations and Sick Leave
Vacations and sick leave are accrued at the rate of 10 work days annually. Your assigned staff will obtain permission from you before taking off for vacation. Depending on the type of work, the days missed due to illness will either be made up on weekends and extra hours, or will be deducted as outlined in the agreement.
Compensation
We handle all aspects of compensation, including bonuses or other incentives, with your assigned staff. You don't need to worry about it. Any requests for compensation adjustments by your assigned staff would be directed at Techmonde.
